Legal notice
What this site is
For Humans (Per Umani) is a personal, non-profit project. One person writes it, for the love of it: it is not a company, not a newsroom, it sells no products or services and carries on no commercial activity.
The site is updated without a regular schedule and is not a registered press publication under Italian law (legge 7 March 2001, no. 62). Its content is informational and explanatory.
Who publishes it
Andrea Bissi, a private individual, an IT professional by trade and an enthusiast by inclination. Email: help@perumani.com
No VAT number is shown because none exists: the site is neither a business nor a professional practice, it issues no invoices and takes no payment from readers. Anyone who needs a postal contact address, for legal or administrative reasons, can request one at that email address.
How it is paid for
The costs of the site (domain, services, time) are met by the person who runs it. I ask readers for no money, there is no subscription, there is no paywall, and nothing is for sale.
At present no advertising runs on the site. Should advertising be introduced in future to cover costs, this page and the privacy policy will be updated before any advert appears, and a panel for choosing which cookies to accept will be added.
I publish no sponsored content and accept no payment for reviews, opinions or mentions. If paid content ever existed here, it would be labelled as such at the top of the article: today none does.
What you may do with the content
The text, graphics and structure of the site are the author’s work, except where stated otherwise.
You may quote short extracts freely, citing the source and linking to the original page. You may also print an article and give it to someone who needs it: that is exactly why the site exists. What I ask is that you do not republish whole articles elsewhere without asking first, because copied articles harm the site they came from.
Trademarks and product names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe what is being discussed. No relationship with those companies is implied.
Limits of liability
Articles are written carefully and checked against official sources at the time of publication, but technology moves and pages age: menus shift, prices change, terms get rewritten. I cannot guarantee that every piece of information is free of errors or permanently up to date.
Guides are followed at your own risk. Before changing important settings, installing anything or switching systems, make a copy of your data. The person who runs this site is not liable for damage arising from use of the information published here.
This site is not a substitute for professional advice: for legal, tax, medical or financial questions, ask someone qualified to answer.
Links to external sites point you to official sources. Those sites have their own content and their own rules, over which I have no control.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to help@perumani.com with the page link and the sentence. Corrections are made and, where they change the substance, stated in the article. It is the fastest way to improve the site, and worth more than any clause above.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules, including those on jurisdiction, are unaffected.
